Central Qiaobei New District Entertainment Project, Xinxiang

Why initiate the project?

The findings of our research in Henan province show that Qiao Bei Development Zone in Yuanyang, Zhengzhou stands out among all other cities with its immense investment potential. Qiaobei New District, a place lying in North Hebei Plain, and sitting on the edge of the Yellow River, faces Zhengzhou city, capital city of Hebei Province on the opposite. The district is 20 km from cetral Zhengzhou city, 35 km from Central Xinxiang city and 45 km from Jiaozuo city. Its advantages in location are apparent.

We find, after a combined analysis of Qiaobei New District: its surroundings, strategic position, resident’s income, and entertainment environment, that Qiaobei New District is an ideal place for fostering a central entertainment project. Zhengzhou exerts a critical role in Central China. Its entertainment facilities, however fail to keep in pace with its fast-growing East Zhengzhou Region, and its increasing resident’s income. We, therefore, intend to make out of Qiaobei New District one of the leading central entertainment regions of China, featured in scientific research, cartoons, well-equipped city infrastructure, which facilitates subsequently the booming of neighbouring towns and cities.

    

Our strength

Through our analysis, we find that our strength lie in a variety of aspects, Qiaobei New District’s advantageous location, ideal natural environment, flat terrain, making it convenient for our construction. The region has been influential in its neighboring towns and cities in the way that many scientific inistitutes and large-scale enterprises have settled in, paving a solid way for its industry development.

Project Progress

It’s estimated that a total sum of 300 million RMB Yuan is to be invested in the project. We are currently making positive arrangements for the contract to be signed with the counterpart, Xinxiang Municipal government, and the official co-operation will be soon initiated.
